Introduction
General: The terms below refer to A Practice Group Service Subscription, with a fixed weekly schedule. The subscription cost is $99 per month.
A. The Customer subscribes to the Practice Group Service Subscription and in so doing agrees upon and accepts these General Terms & Conditions.
B. The subscriber shall access the Services via the Website.
C. The subscriber shall use the Login Codes on the Website.
D. Citizen Cafe owns all Intellectual Property in the Services and the Website.
1. Subscription
- a. A subscriber who wishes to terminate his membership in the practice groups may do so by the following means only:

- b. The termination of the subscription must be given by the 5th of the month to cancel the subscription the following month. If the notification is given after the 5th of the month, the subscription will end at the end of the following current subscription month. The notice period will be considered a normal membership period.
3. Beginning of the subscription period
- The start of the subscription period will be considered from the date of purchase.
4. Pausing Subscription
- It is possible to pause a subscription once a year during which no subscription fees will be charged.
- The possible pause period is only one full month.
- Citizen Cafe may change the conditions from time to time.
- It is not possible to freeze a subscription retroactively.
5. Practice time changes
The practice hours will be updated by Citizen Cafe, and the company reserves the right to update the activity dates from time to time.
